What happens after I sign up?
Once you have purchased the Mini Make-Series Subscription box, you will receive an email with information to find the tutorials, join the Facebook group, and shipping. Please check your spam and junk folders for the welcome email from support@redbyrddesigns.com
When will I get charged?
You will get charged on the day you sign up. If you signed up for the monthly subscription, you will be billed every month for 11 months on 15th.
How much is Shipping?
FREE! Shipping is available to the continental USA only.
When does Mini Make-it box Ship?
The first box will ship the first week in December. The next 11 months will ship on the second week of the month.
Do I have to sign up next month?
This is a subscription-type membership, which means your credit or debit card will be billed every month automatically.
I need break, can I skip?
Unfortunately because this is a limited series you can not skip or pause.
Where can I find the tutorials?
We offer video tutorials in 2 places.
1. Mini Make-it Facebook Group, join here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/minimakeit. This is a private group for members only so you will be required to answer questions to validate your membership. This may take 24 hours.
2. Youtube Video Library on our website. Click Here!
How long do I have access to the tutorials?
The video tutorials are available for 12 months for active members.
My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your package arrived damaged or any piece is broken please email me right away so we can send you a replacement at no extra cost to you! We do require a picture of the damage to start a postal insurance claim.

I don't like the craft, can I get a refund?
There are no refunds or partial refunds.
How do I cancel?
To cancel log in to your account, click on My Subscriptions, and hit the cancel button! Easy and no hassle. Because this is a limited series you will not have the option to rejoin.
