Order Cancellation Policy: Orders can not be canceled once they are submitted.
Physical Product Refund/Exchange Policy: If there is an issue with your physical product order, please reach out to support@redbyrddesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send your order number and description of the issue. We will review the issue and, if we find we’ve made an error, we will issue a refund/exchange to correct the problem.
Digital Product Refund Policy: Digital (includes Video Tutorials) and Downloadable products are non-refundable. As these are all digital products, there are no refunds given on any file, tutorials, courses or challenges.
Membership Refund Policy (including Redbyrd Retreat, Joy Box, and Lil’ Joy Box): Subscribers may cancel at anytime by visiting redbyrddesigns.com and logging into their account or emailing us at support@redbyrddesigns.com. Canceling does not refund you, it stops the auto-renewing of your subscription. Once an order is placed and paid for please refer to the following refund policy. Refunds are not given based on a customers dislike for the current or future project, change of mind after purchase or any other reasoning. Please find other ways to utilize the project like gifting it to a friend or relative. Please understand, we take months in curating projects and we can’t possibly create a project that EVERYONE will love each month. However, if a Subscription package you received was damaged or incomplete, please email support@redbyrdesigns.com for resolution. Resolution may include shipment of a replacement Subscription package or Product, an extension of your Subscription or similar corrective actions. To the extent permitted by law, Redbyrd Designs may, in its sole discretion, choose which resolution method to use.
In person Classes/Paint Parties: All in person craft classes and or paint paint parties are non-refundable.
Product Orders: All items are specially made for you; please accept a 5 – 7 day product creation processing time. Products order are shipped as fast and secure as we can. We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS. You will receive tracking information once your box has shipped.
Joy Box: Subscription boxes ship on the 5th of the month unless it falls on a weekend or holiday at which point we will ship either on the Friday before, the Monday after or the next business day. You will receive tracking information once your box has shipped.
Lil’ Joy Box: Subscription boxes ship on the 25th of the month unless it falls on a weekend or holiday at which point we will ship either on the Friday before, the Monday after or the next business day. You will receive tracking information once your box has shipped.
Shipped to wrong address: Redbyrd Designs is NOT responsible for customer inputting wrong address during check out and package being delivered to the wrong address. No refunds will be given If box is returned to Redbyrd Designs, customer is responsible for covering shipping cost to ship box to correct address.
Damage in Shipping: If a Subscription package or Product you received was damaged or incomplete, please email support@redbyrddesigns for resolution. Resolution may include shipment of a replacement Subscription package or Product, an extension of your Subscription or similar corrective actions. To the extent permitted by law, Redbyrd Designs may, in its sole discretion, choose which resolution method to use.

Cancellation Of Subscription

Your subscription shall continue until the end of the existing subscription period and shall terminate at the completion of that period. You shall not be charged after a cancellation.
